QVC
Quantic VC is a fintech reverse venture capital fund that invests in high-growth, revenue-generating companies and blockchain infrastructure, generating quarterly LEMX coin distributions for investors through a unique validator and tokenization model.
Overview
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Quantic VC, LLC is a Fintech Reverse VC Fund strategically positioned at the intersection of blockchain innovation and real-world asset tokenization. The fund is backed by a diverse portfolio of high-growth ventures in e-commerce, healthcare, entertainment, banking, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain infrastructure.
Structured as a Nevis limited liability company with a Wyoming-based subsidiary, Quantic VC leverages equity stakes, validator rewards, and proprietary assets to drive returns. Core to its model is the LEMX Pool—powered by the LEMONCHAIN blockchain ecosystem—which generates quarterly Participating Distributions to investors in LEMX coin.
Through its equity ownership in platforms like G40, Promax Mega, and Lemon Entertainment Group, the fund empowers innovation while creating stable, scalable investor value.

TOKENOMICS
The LEMX coin is central to Quantic VC’s investment and distribution model. It is the native utility token of LEMONCHAIN, used for gas fees, tokenized asset purchases, and validator staking. Key highlights:
- Validator Rewards: Quantic VC earns Proof-of-Stake gas fee rewards via Validators #12,#13, and #14 increasing its LEMX Pool.
- Quarterly Distributions: Investors receive pro rata quarterly LEMX distributions, derived from validator rewards and coin acquisitions tied to portfolio revenue.
- Price Support: All portfolio companies either acquire LEMX directly or transact in LEMX, reducing circulating supply and supporting token appreciation.
- Staking & Scarcity: As adoption increases, LEMX’s circulating supply is expected to tighten, reinforcing long-term token value.
PARTICIPATING DISTRIBUTIONS
Investors in Quantic VC receive Participating Distributions in the form of LEMX coin, paid out quarterly from the LEMX Pool. This pool is funded by:
- Validator gas fee rewards
- Portfolio company LEMX acquisitions (e.g., revenue share from G40, Promax Mega, Lemon Entertainment)
- Investor funds
Participating Distributions are pro rata based on the number of Shares held and are subject to change based on pool growth and LEMX market conditions.
